Mark’s wife Ana often grills boneless and skinless chicken breasts for their daughter Victoria. But Ana always makes sure to grill extra so she can also enjoy a dish that includes her Bove’s favorite—our Vodka sauce!

- 1 jar Bove’s Vodka Sauce
- 2 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 2 tsps. chopped fresh chives
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tbs. chopped fresh Italian parsley
- Freshly ground black pepper
Cook: Heat olive oil in heavy skillet. Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces. Sauté chicken lightly in hot oil until tender, light brown, and fully cooked—don’t overcook. Drain oil and add parsley, chives, and Bove’s Vodka Sauce to skillet. Heat and stir until warm.
Serve: Serve over freshly cooked pasta, add pepper and Parmesan cheese to taste.
