In medium saucepan, heat Bove's Roasted Garlic Sauce for 10 minutes over low heat. In a small skillet, boil red wine for 30 seconds to 1 minute over high heat. When alcohol is "burned off" add clams, garlic, butter or olive oil, and both kinds of peppers. Simmer ingredients for 5-10 minutes, then gradually add to saucepan containing Bove's sauce. Begin a long simmer over low heat (for at least 45 more minutes) to combine flavors. Prepare spaghetti or linguini as directed on package, drain and ladle simmered sauce over pasta.
